With more and more people able to work remotely, there are more travelers than ever who are looking to bring tablets with them when they travel. Of course, that doesn’t even count the number of people who never leave home without their tablets for plane or train rides, or while relaxing in the hotel.

So, it’s normal to ask, what are the best tablets for travel?

First, a few things to keep in mind.

Before you decide on a tablet, understand what your biggest needs are. If you want something that can serve as a replacement laptop you’ll need something that’s a bit more powerful than if you’re looking for something to watch movies on, for example.
