You better watch out. You better not cry. Better not pout, we’re telling you why. Santa Clause is coming to town!
And we have a list of five magical places in the United States to meet him.
Bardstown, Kentucky
Say goodbye to Thanksgiving and hello to Christmas, with this Light Up Bardstown celebration. Turn it into a fun family tradition, with their annual tree lighting celebration, face painting, sweet treats and more. Most importantly, Santa will be there.
Orlando, Florida
You can’t exactly have a magical list without mentioning the most magical place on earth, can you?
Get your tickets to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party located inside of Disney’s Magic Kingdom, and look for Santa in “Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade,” where he soars high above the ground in his red sleigh.
At the party, guests can go to any of the food stops in the park to receive their complimentary hot chocolate and cookies. (And even guests with food allergies are thought of! Ask for an allergen-free cookie.)
Andalusia, Alabama
Kids of all ages will have fun in downtown Andalusia’s Christmas Candyland, where there are light shows, snow shows, tubing, ice skating, imaginative play cottages, train rides, hot cocoa- and the man of the hour.
Red Wing, Minnesota
Have a ball at Red Wing’s 17th annual Holiday Stroll. What’s a Holiday Stroll, you ask?
Well, it starts with a pancake breakfast and goes on to include parades, cookie decorating, crafting, seasonal music, sleigh rides, live penguins and live reindeer. And Santa Clause isn’t the only anticipated guest. Mrs. Clause also makes an appearance.
Hershey, Pennsylvania
Christmastime is the best time to visit Hershey theme park in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Because that’s when it transforms from regular chocolatey-fun into a complete candy lane.
In addition to chocolate covered everything, there are decorated rides, over 4 million lights, a choreographed light show, and ice skating. But that’s not all. Find Santa and his reindeer inside the stables to say hello.
