It’s the final matchup of Parks Madness 2018! After thousands of votes across the 4 rounds, we’re excited to announce our bracket finalists: Glacier National Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.
Glacier National Park was the 2016 winner of our Parks Madness bracket, so we aren’t surprised to find it’s still a fan favorite. However, it has some steep competition with Rocky Mountain National Park. The 415 square miles of pristine Colorado land has been a favorite destination for families since its inception in 1915. Meanwhile, Glacier National Park in northeast Montana is a bit harder to access but well worth the effort. USA Today readers named Glacier the runner-up for their 2014 search for the best national park, beloved for its 700 miles of trails and breathtaking scenes.
